fix: revert nvs_save task stack to 4096 (2048 overflowed) (#507)

the #504 trim to 2048 on single-core boards caused a stack-overflow
panic in nvs_save on the s2 (caught by soak; reset_reason=panic); the
nvs commit path peaks above 2048 despite the 1784 hwm snapshot; restore
4096 on all boards (the c3 is also unicore and at the same risk); the
~2 kb isn't worth the crash.
