perf(c3): trim mdns batch + task stack for heap margin (#506)

mirror the s2 pure-margin mdns trims onto the c3 (next-tightest no-psram
board); bss batch arrays 16→4 + idf mdns stack 4096→2560; conservative
(skips the event ring/queue trims since the c3 runs the dashboard).
