feat(bb_diag): stamp coredump app-SHA + explicit-consume erase for reliable remote pulls (#335)

- part 1: add app_sha256 field to bb_diag_panic_summary_t (populated from
  esp_core_dump_summary_t.app_elf_sha256 at boot); surface as "app_sha256"
  in GET /api/diag/panic JSON and as X-Coredump-App-SHA256 response header
  on GET /api/diag/coredump 200 — caller can identify the crashing build
  without downloading the raw dump
- part 2: add bb_diag_panic_coredump_erase() which erases the coredump
  flash image and clears the in-memory summary without touching the panic
  log, boots_since counter, or NVS abnormal-reset counter; coredump_get_handler
  accepts ?consume=1 and calls erase only after the full image streams
  successfully — a dropped download never silently discards crash evidence
- rationale: stale dumps from old builds were undetectable (no build stamp)
  and lingered indefinitely (no explicit-consume path), making remote
  coredump-pull scripts unreliable
