Add real (non-mocked) hitlist integration smoke test (closes #82) (#83)

Every other test mocks hitlist, so CI couldn't catch a break in the
tsarina<->hitlist schema contract (e.g. the 1.30.46 gene-column split, the
1.30.57 cell_name split) — the dev env once silently ran hitlist 1.30.0,
below the pin, with the suite green.

Adds a tiny committed real-schema fixture index (tests/fixtures/hitlist_mini,
~76 KB sliced from a built index for a few MAGEA4 peptides) and runs the real
`tsarina hits` cached path against it via HITLIST_DATA_DIR — no mocks, no
proteome download, no multi-minute build (~4s). Exercises the fragile
coupling: load_observations gene pushdown, the singular->plural gene-column
re-attach (load_peptide_mappings + annotate_observations_with_genes), and
aggregate_per_pmhc_with_refs output columns. Verified it fails (returncode 1)
when a mappings column is renamed, so it's a real tripwire.

Version 1.4.1 -> 1.4.2.
