Bump hitlist pin to >=1.30.57; develop against sibling hitlist checkout (#81)

- Bump the hitlist floor 1.30.49 -> 1.30.57 (latest). Verified the full MS
  path runs correctly against 1.30.57: `tsarina hits --gene MAGEA4` (gene-column
  re-attach + per-pMHC aggregation) and `tsarina panel` (MS-safety tiers,
  sample-narrowed provenance, ms_samples) both work end-to-end. The 1.30.57
  cell_name -> cell_line_name + cell_type split is already absorbed by the
  cell-column fallbacks in spanning.py / ms_evidence.py.
- develop.sh now installs the sibling ../hitlist editable when present (override
  with HITLIST_DIR), so local development always tracks the latest hitlist code
  rather than a stale PyPI build. Falls back to the pinned hitlist if absent.

Version 1.4.0 -> 1.4.1.
