feat(bb_led_anim): pattern transitions + blink brightness (#333)

- bb_led_anim_set_transition(h, pat, fade_ms): brightness crossfade from the current output level into the new pattern (solid/breathe/pulse/blink-level); RGB colour not crossfaded

- route breathe/pulse/solid/blink-level through a shared emit_level helper that applies the fade and records last_level

- BB_ANIM_BLINK gains level_pct: flash at a brightness via set_level (gamma-correct) when >0, legacy full on/off when 0

- 4 host tests; CLAUDE.md bb_led_anim section
