fix(web): add redirects for refactored authentication and system routes

Commits e684ff2 and aed7a76 consolidated several routes:
  - /hostname -> /system (HostnamePage merged into SystemPage)
  - /users/first, /users/first/edit, /users/root/edit ->  /users
    (FirstUserForm and RootUserForm unified into AuthenticationForm)

Without redirects, direct URL access to the old paths would result in
404 errors.  Although this is not a fully supported use case and
unlikely in the current development stage, maintaining redirects follows
good practices.

This change adds React Router Navigate redirects for all legacy routes,
using the replace option to prevent polluting browser history.
