Make demo page responsive (viewport, code overflow, sticky-column table)

- Add the viewport meta tag so mobile browsers render at device width and
  the skeleton grid breakpoints apply (was rendering at a virtual ~980px).
- Long example lines now scroll within their code block (overflow-x:auto;
  code grows to content width so its background covers the whole line)
  instead of overflowing the page.
- props table: wrap in a horizontal-scroll container and make the leftmost
  column (property names) sticky so it stays visible while the component /
  description columns scroll left-right on narrow screens.
- Rebuilt docs/.
