Improve demo documentation accuracy

- 所有郵遞區號 HTML example used <twzipcode-county>; corrected to
  <twzipcode-zipcode> to match the section and its output.
- 縣市 JS example registered ZipcodeGroupby; corrected to County.
- value與text格式 HTML example used the Vue 2 `value` attribute;
  updated to `model-value` to match the live example and Vue 3.
- props table: counties.vue value-template/text-template defaults were
  shown as `:zipcode`; corrected to `:id` / `:name` (county has no
  zipcode/city fields).
- 英語 note: county value default shown as `:zipcode`; corrected to `:id`.
- Fixed unclosed `.row` so demo sections are siblings, not nested;
  closed dangling <td>/<a> tags; `locale.js` link text -> `locales.js`;
  normalized the 事件 bookmark spacing.
- Rebuilt docs/.
