Use token auth only for npm publish

The publish failed with E404 because OIDC trusted publishing was enabled
(id-token, provenance, npm 11.16) but no trusted publisher is configured
per-package on npmjs.org, while NODE_AUTH_TOKEN was also set — a mixed,
non-working setup. Drop the OIDC pieces and publish with the NPM_TOKEN
automation token only.
