test(cli): increase cmd/ingitdb/commands coverage from 88.5% to 95.7%

- sqlflags: 97.3% → 100% (ModeID no-flags path, GetInt error,
  YAML unmarshal error)
- commands: 88.5% → 95.7% via four focused test files:
  - coverage_crud_test.go: CRUD command error paths, remote branches,
    view materialization, format dispatch
  - coverage_describe_test.go: describe collection/view paths,
    discoverCollectionChildren, emitNode, payload builders
  - coverage_remote_test.go: GitHub factory mocks, remote record/insert
    context, drop_remote, rollback with git, editor, seams
  - coverage_final_test.go: remaining remote branches for select/delete/
    update/insert, MCP tool handlers, rebase, setup, docs_update

Remaining uncovered lines are structurally unreachable: yaml.Marshal
on well-formed types, defensive nil guards after functions that always
populate the field, OS-level I/O errors with no injection seam.
