Fix dark mode on home page, mobile header scroll, and center session logo (#123)

* Adjust homepage dark mode

* Reduce padding for the create room modal

* Prevent header from disappearing on mobile screens

* Adjust playlist container margin

* Adjust playlist height

* Scrolls the currently selected song to the top of the playlist

* Center livedj header

* Adjust playlist alignment respect the video

* Fix lint issues

* Replace pause spinner with TV static noise effect

  Swap the pulsing blue circle on the player backdrop for a canvas-based
  analog TV static animation. A 160x90 ImageData buffer is redrawn each
  rAF tick and CSS-stretched to fill the player, keeping GPU cost minimal.
  Noise starts on container mount and pause, stops on play and show_player.

  Also scope the track scroll on load_video to the #lists container
  directly via scrollTo, preventing iOS Safari from scrolling the viewport
  and hiding the session header.

* Run js linter on make lint

* Adjust volume control width

* Fix noise backdrop positioning

* Adjust playlist scrolling

* Adjust noise opacity

* Update general session layout background color

* Update list height on mobile view
