* docs(audit): clean up coverage metrics and add revision entry (#1047)

- Move resolved F-002 violation out of 'Constraints violated' into
  compliant count — keep 'violated' strictly for active findings.
- Add revision history entry (v1.1) so readers can distinguish the
  original 2025-07-03 audit from the 2026-05-20 update.

Correct 'Constraints verified compliant' from 28 to 27 of 29.
The 29 total includes 1 unverifiable (PT-1206), so compliant +
violated must sum to 28: 27 compliant + 1 active violation = 28.
