feat(context): add session listing and resumption support

- Add SessionMetadata dataclass for session information
- Add list_sessions() to enumerate available sessions
- Add load_session_metadata() for session preview
- Add DEFAULT_STORAGE_PATH constant (~/.cache/yoker/sessions)
- Add BasicPersistenceContextManager.resume() factory method
- Fix session_start not being written before first record
- Fix tox configuration to include pytest-mock dependency
