docs: mark Task 1.5.6 complete with summary

Task 1.5.6 (Complete Tool Content Display) is now complete:
- Converted 47 stub tests to real tests
- Fixed parameter names (old_string/new_string)
- Fixed git identity configuration in tests
- Fixed Windows ValueError for null bytes in paths
- All CI tests passing on all platforms
