vm: lower \$obj?->{\$name} nullsafe dyn-var reads natively

Extends OP_OBJECT_DYN_GET with a nullsafe flag in bit 0 of A. The
handler short-circuits to null when the receiver itself is null;
otherwise it falls through to the existing EvalObjectDynVarRead.

IsObjectDynVarReadNode now accepts the nullsafe form too (still
excludes the inner-chain nullChain case). The emit pulls the
nullsafe flag via ObjectDynVarIsNullSafe.
