vm: lower \$obj?->method(args) nullsafe method calls natively

Extends OP_OBJECT_CALL with a nullsafe flag in C — short-circuits
to null when the receiver is null. The emitter sets the flag via
n.ObjectFuncIsNullSafe() and no longer AST-delegates the nullsafe
form (special args / writable-lvalue args / dynamic-name still go
through the AST path for their existing reasons).
