fix(git): exclude .claude directory from version control (#43)

- Add .claude/ to .gitignore (contains user-specific local settings)
- Remove .claude/settings.local.json from tracking (user-specific permissions)
- Remove .claude/whitespace-prevention.md from tracking (local guidance)

The .claude directory contains local user settings that should not be
shared via git.
