chore(ci): optimize AppVeyor configuration for faster builds (#41)

* chore(ci): optimize AppVeyor configuration for faster builds

- Switch from Visual Studio 2022 to Ubuntu2204 image for faster build allocation on free tier
- Add 10-minute build timeout to prevent indefinite queuing
- Update install commands for Ubuntu (nvm instead of PowerShell Install-Product)
- Fix artifacts path for Linux (forward slashes)

* fix(ci): address Qodo and CodeRabbit review findings

- Remove invalid build timeout YAML (AppVeyor only supports timeout in UI)
- Replace nvm commands with AppVeyor's built-in Install-Product node
- Install-Product works on Ubuntu images and doesn't require nvm setup

Fixes:
- Qodo Bug #1: nvm not initialized
- CodeRabbit Critical #1: Invalid timeout configuration
- CodeRabbit Critical #2: nvm shell function not sourced
