vm: wire OP_DESTRUCTURE_ASSIGN emit + dispatch

The destructure-LHS branch in emitOperator now emits the RHS
natively, then OP_DESTRUCTURE_ASSIGN runs compiler.AssignDestructure
(which fans out via runDestructure.WriteValue — recursive,
ArrayAccess-aware). OP_REFRESH_SLOTS afterwards picks up the
target locals.

The expression-context form keeps the RHS value on the stack
(bit 0 of B); statement context discards it.
