vm: restore ClearLastCallable in NoDiscardEnter

The d9b11348 helper extraction dropped the ctx.Global().ClearLastCallable()
that ran at the top of runNoDiscardStatement.Run. Without it, attributes/
nodiscard/error_code_001 regressed: the warning's default print bypassed
the installed error_handler because LastCallable wasn't being reset before
the NoDiscard-wrapped call.
