vm: lower dyn-method first-class natively

\`\$obj->{expr}(...)\` — the dynamic-name method first-class form —
extracted as EvalDynMethodFirstClassCallable(ctx, recv, nameVal).
Added OP_DYN_METHOD_FIRSTCLASS that pops both name and receiver
and calls the helper.

This completes the first-class callable family: free function (PHP 8.1),
clone, method (static/instance/nullsafe), and dyn-method are all
native now.
