vm: lower non-nullsafe \$obj->{\$name} reads natively

EvalObjectDynVarRead is the shared helper for the value-read side of
runObjectDynVar. OP_OBJECT_DYN_GET pops the name and receiver, calls
the helper, pushes the result. Nullsafe / nullChain forms still
AST-delegate (they have control-flow that conflicts with the simple
stack-based pop-and-go pattern).
