vm: lower method first-class callables natively

\`\$obj->method(...)\`, \`Cls::method(...)\`, \`\$obj?->method(...)\`
all flow through runFirstClassMethodCallable.Run. Extracted as
EvalMethodFirstClassCallable(ctx, refVal, method, static, nullsafe);
the AST runner and the new OP_METHOD_FIRSTCLASS both call it. Static
and nullsafe flags packed into A bits 0/1; method name in Consts[B].

Magic __call and "no method found" branches stay inside the helper
unchanged.
