Use search_name for Mycoportal taxonRemarks column

Replace runtime `text_name + author` concatenation with the stored
`search_name` column, which is the canonical precomputed equivalent.
Add name_search_name to NAME_SELECTS and Row so it is available to
all table-based reports.
