refactor(bb_http): move private deps to PRIV_REQUIRES (B1-189) (#226)

bb_http.h only includes bb_core.h. bb_log, bb_nv, bb_json, and the
esp_http_server managed component are consumed only by the platform
impl and src/route_registry.c — not by the public header. Move them
to PRIV_REQUIRES so consumers don't inherit the transitive include
surface.

Resolves B1-189.
