refactor(bb_event_ring): move bb_log to PRIV_REQUIRES (B1-188) (#225)

bb_event_ring's public header doesn't use bb_log; only the .c does.
Moving it to PRIV_REQUIRES per the header-visibility rules added
in CLAUDE.md so consumers don't inherit transitive bb_log includes.

Resolves B1-188.
