vm: mark function bodies slot-unsafe when a typed return is present

emitReturn AST-delegates the whole `return $expr` statement when the
function declares a return type, because runReturn.Run does the type
coercion. The delegated AST evaluates \$expr through the FuncContext
hashtable; if the surrounding body was slot-only, writes to the local
holding the returned value never reached the hashtable and the AST
saw NULL.

Fixes the "Undefined variable \$r" warning in gmp_cryptography_ecc
(method body `\$r = gmp_sub(\$a,\$b); return gmp_mod(\$r, …);` with
`\\GMP` return type).
