release: v1.5.7 - documentation overhaul (Google-style docstrings, CONTRIBUTING.md)

Add Google-style docstrings in Spanish to public API, module-level docstrings
across 9 modules, CLI --help text for formatear/enmascarar subcommands, and a
comprehensive CONTRIBUTING.md guide. Remove filterwarnings config (root causes
fixed via spawn start method in conftest.py).
