fix: pylint failing on CI — line-too-long and test files included in scan

Fix line length in procesador.py (107→chars) and restrict pylint workflow
to scan only rutificador/ instead of all tracked .py files, which was
flagging legitimate test patterns (import-outside-toplevel, protected-access).
