fix(rendering): offset multi-row link midpoint to avoid bar center slicing

When source and target rows have the same parity (even distance apart),
the horizontal routing segment landed exactly on the centerY of an
intermediate bar row, visually slicing through it. Offset midY by
ROW_HEIGHT/2 in that case so the horizontal segment always passes
between rows.
