fix(interaction): deep-clone input in update() to prevent drag mutations leaking to consumer data

#patchTask replaced tasks in-place via spread assignment, which mutated the
caller's input array. clone the input with structuredClone on update() so
internal drag patches never leak to the consumer.

Also restore the revert assertion in onProgressChange integration test
using instance.select() to verify the chart's internal state.
