feat(interaction): add progress bar drag with progressDragEnabled option

- Add attachProgressDrag in drag.ts with pointer capture, clamp [0,100], integer rounding
- Wire progress overlay conditionally in rightPane.ts (cursor and pointer-events toggle)
- Add internal onTaskProgressDrag / _onTaskProgressDragFinal handlers with revert-on-false
- Expose OnProgressChange type and onProgressChange callback
- Add three integration tests (drag fires callback, right-click ignored, revert on false)
- Document new option and callback in guide.md
- Fix TypeDoc warnings by marking TaskLeaf/TaskProject/TaskMilestone @internal
