Add handler chain diagnostic tests for find_implementations [release]

Tests replicate the exact ImplementationCollector chain from jdtls:
codeSelect at declaration → getFullyQualifiedName() → IMPLEMENTORS
search with R_EXACT_MATCH | R_CASE_SENSITIVE via contributed
participants. Both tests pass, confirming the search infrastructure
works end-to-end through the Kotlin participant.
