Add handler chain diagnostic tests for find_implementations [release] (#35)

## Summary

- Adds 2 integration tests that replicate the exact
`ImplementationCollector` chain from jdtls: `codeSelect` at interface
declaration → `getFullyQualifiedName()` → IMPLEMENTORS search with
`R_EXACT_MATCH | R_CASE_SENSITIVE` via contributed participants
- Confirms the search infrastructure works end-to-end — the E2E gap is
in the stale forks release, not the Kotlin plugin
- Updates test counts to 366

## Test plan

- [x] `testImplementorSearchWithFQN` — FQN-based IMPLEMENTORS search
with `R_CASE_SENSITIVE` finds Kotlin implementors
- [x] `testImplementorSearchViaCodeSelectAndFQN` — full codeSelect → FQN
→ contributed participant search chain
- [x] Full suite: 366 tests, 0 failures
