* Remove legacy Room feature

- Remove packages/daemon/src/lib/room/ entire directory
- Remove room RPC handlers: room-handlers, goal-handlers, task-handlers, github-handlers, legacy-inbox-compat-handlers
- Remove room storage repositories
- Remove room-tick.handler.ts job handler
- Remove room session types from SessionType union
- Remove room references from Neo tools
- Remove room from session-lifecycle, app-mcp-lifecycle-manager, reference-handlers, query-options-builder
- Update session-notification-sink to define SessionFactory locally
- Delete/update room-related tests

* Fix test failures and dead code after legacy Room feature removal

- Update session-lifecycle tests: remove obsolete workspacePath guard
  tests for removed session types (room_chat, planner, coder, leader,
  general); update space_chat error message assertion; replace remaining
  room_chat references with space_chat.

- Update reference-handlers tests: task/goal resolution no longer filters
  by room context, so tests now expect global UUID resolution; remove
  room:chat session resolution section since that session type and
  getRoomDefaultPath dependency were removed.

- Update query-options-builder tests: remove room session restrictions
  test block (room_chat special handling removed); convert regression
  tests from room_chat to space_chat where applicable; update skill
  injection test to use space_chat.

- Remove unused task-utils.ts and croner dependency (dead code exposed
  by knip after Room feature removal).

* Fix SessionFactory type mismatch in session-notification-sink

The locally-defined SessionFactory interface was too narrow after the
Room removal refactor. Update it to match the real injectMessage
signature (deliveryMode + origin) and remove the unused isSyntheticMessage
property from the call site.
