snapcraft: pass --allow-shlib-undefined to work around SDK libpulse

The kde-qt6-core24-sdk content snap ships a libpulse.so.0 whose
internal dependency on libpulsecommon does not resolve at link time
inside the snapcraft build environment, so ld walks libpulse's
shlib-undefined symbols (pa_cstrerror, pa_strbuf_*, pa_socket_*, ...)
and aborts the build. bpmdetect never references libpulse directly;
the dependency comes through ffmpeg's Requires.private chain. Tell
ld to defer transitive shlib symbol validation to runtime, where the
snap's content interfaces wire up the proper SDK paths. This is the
canonical workaround for the kde-neon-6 + ffmpeg + pulse combination.
