wltnet/bitcoinBalance: revert to modchain_assets (backend fixed)

The backend's modchain_assets handler now merges receive + change
chains correctly for xpub queries, so the workaround in 0.4.9
(switching to a manual sum of modchain_lookupTxoBIP32(m/0,m/1))
isn't needed anymore. Revert to the simpler one-call form so we
go through the same indexed path the rest of modchain serves.

View-only address fallback was already on modchain_assets and
stays unchanged; this commit collapses the split helpers from
0.4.9 back into one function.
