wlttx: read txo HD index from new "path" field, fall back to "i"

modchain is replacing the txo response shape (was branch:"deposit"
+ i:0, becomes path:"m/0/0") so the signing-key derivation path
is self-contained in one field. Add a Path field to bitcoinTxo
and a childIndex() helper that prefers Path's trailing segment
when present and falls back to the legacy I when not.

Both signing call sites — buildBitcoinTx for native sends,
SignRawBitcoinTx for mpurse / Counterparty-built txs — now go
through childIndex() so partial backend deploys don't break the
client mid-rollout. Backend can drop the legacy fields whenever;
once the rollout is complete we can drop the I/branch fallback
in a follow-up.
