Fix stale compact summary carryover (#1743)

* Fix stale compact summary carryover

Prevent old SDK compaction summaries from being re-injected when newer live NeoKai messages already exist, so resumed sessions continue the current context instead of stale pending work.

* Remove runtime init fingerprint and room/lobby residual

The fingerprint mechanism was added for room orchestration state invalidation. Rooms are retired, so the remaining fingerprint logic only harms other session types by silently clearing sdkSessionId on init surface changes.
