fix(mining): run SHA self-tests in app_main, gate stratum + mining (TA-341) (#305)

Self-tests previously ran inside mining_task, which started before the
failure flag could be set — making the gate at main.c ineffective.
Stratum task started unconditionally even when SHA was broken.

Now mining_run_self_tests() runs synchronously in app_main before any
gated task starts. On failure, both stratum and mining tasks are
skipped (no shares to deliver → no point holding a pool socket).
HTTP/UI/OTA tasks still start so the failure surfaces on the dashboard
and the device can be recovered via OTA.

Boot log order is also fixed: SHA test PASS lines now appear before
"Returned from app_main()".
