feat(mining): SHA TEXT-overlap canary (TA-320a) (#307)

At boot, fire SHA_START on a known input, then immediately corrupt
SHA_TEXT[0] before the busy-wait clears. If the resulting digest matches
a clean reference, the peripheral snapshots TEXT at trigger time and
overlap-during-busy-wait is safe.

Result cached + surfaced via /api/info as "sha_overlap": "safe"|"unsafe"
so the next TA-320 sub-task (actual overlap implementation) can be gated
on the per-device canary outcome.

Gated by !ASIC_CHIP — bitaxe boards mine via BM13xx, not the S3 SHA
peripheral, so the canary is meaningless there.
