* i18n: add Punjabi (pa_IN) translation skeleton in Gurmukhi script

Bootstrapped via the skeleton + qmake6/lupdate workflow documented
in the qtpass-localization skill. The file contains all 304 source
strings as type="unfinished" (302 empty + 2 numerusform plural
skeletons), ready for Weblate translators to claim.

Uses the region-specific 'pa_IN' code (not bare 'pa') because
Punjabi has a real script split: pa_IN is written in Gurmukhi
(used in Indian Punjab), while pa_PK uses Shahmukhi/Perso-Arabic
script. A single language-only file cannot serve both — keeping
the door open for a future pa_PK skeleton if demand appears.

Mirrors the recent sw / bn / fa / hi / ur / vi / th skeletons.

* i18n(pa_IN): translations from Llama 3.2 + structural audit cleanup

Adds Llama-3.2-supplied Punjabi (Gurmukhi) translations on top of the
empty skeleton from the previous commit, then cleans up structural
issues found by the qtpass-localization-audit pass.

Reverted to empty type="unfinished" (15 entries):

- 4 placeholder issues: %1 duplicated in "Could not create profile
  directory: %1"; %1 dropped in "Failed to replace %1. Original has
  been restored."; %1 wrong in the ASCII-armored GPG warning;
  "overwrite %1 with %2?" reduced to "ਹੁਣ ਦੇਖੋ" (= "now see"),
  losing both placeholders.
- 4 HTML imbalances on long advisory paragraphs (passphrase length
  <html><body><p>, the <a href> GnuPG manual link, the <br>-laced
  "This operation can take some minutes" prose, and the
  ASCII-armored <b>From Clipboard</b> warning) — translation
  collapsed to "ਸੈਟਿੰਗਜ਼" (= "Settings") in three of them
  (wrong-string mappings).
- 5 Devanagari leaks (Hindi script in a Gurmukhi file): "QtPass",
  "Select profile", "Search Password", "Search inside password
  content (pass grep)", "Length:" — all gibberish or wrong-script.
- 3 wrong-string mappings caught by length ratio: "Signing Key"
  (11 chars) → 14... (continued)
