Improve large SDK thread performance (#1746)

* Improve large SDK thread load performance.

Reduce repeated client-side message work and add an indexed SDK message window so large tool-heavy conversations load and stream without saturating the UI or daemon query path.

Batch hot-path SDK message writes so LiveQuery re-evaluates once per persisted update group, and add targeted JSON expression indexes/direct replay lookups to avoid repeated full queued-message scans.

* Keep fallback user acknowledgment publishes atomic.

Preserve per-message status updates in the turn-end fallback path so a publish failure cannot mark later queued messages consumed before they are broadcast.
