feat(webui): expand Current Job card + scriptSig tag clarification (#276)

new tiles parsed client-side from notify: block reward (sum of coinb2
outputs in BTC), template age (ntime delta), merkle depth, and a full-
width payout strip showing the bech32(m)-encoded coinbase output[0]
address (P2WPKH/P2WSH/P2TR). tiles are alphabetized.

scriptSig tag now reads as 'SCRIPTSIG <brand>' with a styled hover
tooltip explaining it's the *block template upstream*, not the stratum
endpoint — proxies forward another pool's template. native title was
swapped for a CSS-driven .has-tip pattern with 300ms show / 80ms hide
delay.
