feat(webui): freeze pool view + overlay during switch (#275)

clicking Switch now snapshots $pool into a frozen view, blurs the
underlying cards, and shows a spinner overlay until the firmware
reports a *fresh* stratum session — defined as a session_start_ago_s
strictly smaller than the pre-switch value. previously the UI flipped
to the new active idx instantly because the firmware sets the flag
synchronously while the old socket is still up, and stat fields would
flicker as the transition unfolded.

15s deadline keeps a stuck switch from trapping the UI.
