chore(tests): add comprehensive unit tests for various components

This commit introduces a suite of unit tests to enhance test coverage across multiple components of the Canister project. The tests validate the behavior of constructors, registration methods, and service decorators.

- Added tests for RegisterAllAttribute and RegisterAttribute constructors to verify expected values.
- Implemented tests for ServiceCollectionDecoratorExtensions to ensure decorators work with singleton and keyed services.
- Created tests for ServiceCollectionExtensions to check that existing registrations are not replaced.
- Added tests for CanisterConfiguration to validate assembly handling and caching behavior.
- Introduced HashSetExtensionsTests to verify the functionality of available class and interface retrieval.
- Added integration tests for ServiceCollectionExtensions to ensure proper registration of attributed types.
- Created DefaultModuleTests to validate the loading behavior of the DefaultModule.
