fix(dependabot): update schedule from daily to weekly

This commit modifies the Dependabot configuration to reduce the frequency of package updates from daily to weekly across various directories.

- Changed update schedule for Canister.Tests, Canister.IoC.Example, Canister.Benchmarks, SimpleMVCTests, and GitHub Actions from daily to weekly.
- Ensured commit message prefix remains as "chore".
