docs(ngx-pass-code): recenter the filled-state screenshot

The HELLO shot was top-left aligned with a tall whitespace tail under
the inputs, which made the home-page lib card look unbalanced and the
README hero feel off. Recapture it centered both axes against a tight
viewport so the eye lands directly on the inputs.

Replaces both copies of the asset:
- libs/ngx-pass-code/screenshots/02-text-filled.png  (README hero)
- apps/playground/src/assets/preview-pass-code.png   (home lib card)
