docs: recenter filled-state screenshots for numeric-range and phone

Same framing fix as ngx-pass-code in the previous commit — the field
sat top-left with a long whitespace tail underneath, throwing off the
home-page lib card and the README hero. Recapture both libs centered
on a tight viewport so the field is the visual anchor.

Replaces both copies of each asset:
- libs/ngx-numeric-range-form-field/screenshots/02-filled.png
- apps/playground/src/assets/preview-numeric-range.png
- libs/ngx-phone-form-field/screenshots/02-filled.png
